Challenges & Solutions

Dismantling & Masking: The most crucial phase. Protecting windows, teak, chrome, and electronics. We verify every seal. Our team spends weeks on meticulous disassembly and masking with Fine Line tapes.

Paint Systems

• Awlgrip Topcoat: Polyester urethane. Hardest finish, highest gloss, but non-buffable.
• Awlcraft 2000: Acrylic urethane. Repairable and buffable. Easier maintenance.
• Alexseal 501: The best of both worlds—hard finish yet repairable.

Dust Control: Even if the vessel is too large for a booth, we build a "Shrink Wrap" tent around the superstructure with air filtration units, creating a negative pressure environment.

Mirror Finish: We eliminate orange peel. We perform "Cut & Buff" sanding and polishing post-paint if required for a flawless glass look.
