1. Surface Mapping: We map micron-level deviations digitally.
2. Epoxy Filler: Using Awlfair LW or Alexseal, we apply flexible, non-shrink epoxy fillers.
3. Longboard Sanding: Our team uses 2-meter custom sanding boards to achieve optical flatness impossible with power tools.
Zero ripple Standard
We verify with a Gloss Guide Coat. If a light reflection ripples from 1 meter away, it’s not finished. We define the superyacht standard.
