DRYACHT Osmosis Treatment & Cure
Osmosis is the "cancer" of fiberglass boats. Water molecules penetrate the hull, creating acidic blisters. We offer a guaranteed cure.
Process: Peel, Dry, Protect
1. Peeling
We strip damaged gelcoat and wet laminate using Gelplane precision peelers.
2. HotVac Drying
No need to wait months. Our HotVac heating blankets extract moisture and glycol under vacuum in just 2-3 weeks. We verify dryness (<15% moisture) with Tramex meters.
3. Relamination & Barrier
We reinforce the hull with epoxy and apply 5 coats of Gelshield 200 barrier.
5-Year Warranty
Our comprehensive treatment comes with a 5-year anti-blister warranty.
