Process: Peel, Dry, Protect

1. Peeling

We strip damaged gelcoat and wet laminate using Gelplane precision peelers.

2. HotVac Drying

No need to wait months. Our HotVac heating blankets extract moisture and glycol under vacuum in just 2-3 weeks. We verify dryness (<15% moisture) with Tramex meters.

3. Relamination & Barrier

We reinforce the hull with epoxy and apply 5 coats of Gelshield 200 barrier.
