Epoxy Primer Application
High-performance epoxy primer for corrosion resistance and durable paint adhesion.
DRYACHT Epoxy Primer & Barrier Coat
Epoxy primer is the foundation. It provides Adhesion and Protection.
Osmosis & Corrosion Shield
We use Gelshield 200 or Interprotect to create an impermeable water barrier on fiberglass. On metal, we seal rust with zinc-rich epoxies.
Standards
Thickness is key. We apply 3-5 coats to meet manufacturer DFT specs, strictly observing flash-off and overcoating windows. We use alternating colors (Grey/White) to ensure total coverage.
